Shipping and Handling

Standard Shipping
When you order from SAMHSA’s NCADI, standard shipping is provided free of charge to all U.S. states and territories. Please note:

• Shipments may be sent via regular UPS or through the U.S. Postal Service.
• Standard shipping also covers delivery to Rural Routes, APO, and FPO addresses.
• Allow from 7 to 10 business days for delivery within the continental United States.
• Standard delivery does not include delivery on Sunday or holidays.

Expedited Shipping

Expedited shipping provides faster delivery and is available for an additional fee. Expedited orders are shipped via UPS Next Day, Second Day, or Third Day delivery only.

To place an expedited order, call 800-729-6686 and ask to speak with an information specialist. Please have a credit card and full shipping address ready when you call. UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes, and at this time expedited orders are shipped via UPS only.

For same-day shipment, orders must be placed before 12 noon EST. Orders placed after 12 noon EST will be shipped the following business day.

International Orders

International orders cannot be made through the online shopping cart. To place an order for delivery outside the U.S., please call 800-729-6686 or e-mail your request to ncadi-info@samhsa.hhs.gov.
