Creating an Account
Why create an NCADI Shopping Cart Account?
- You’ll enter your personal information only once, instead of each time you order.
- You can access your account information anywhere, anytime.
You do not need an account to place an order, but it makes online shopping at SAMHSA’s NCADI even easier and faster. When you log into your account, you will have access to your saved shipping addresses and your order history. If you have created an account with SAMHSA’s NCADI, you can visit My Account to enter or update your shipping address.
- Select “Save My Information & Create An Account”
- Please create a password for your new account
- Please enter your name and address exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. Required fields are indicated with a red asterisk(*).
Note: There’s no need to create an account first. You automatically create a temporary account when you place your first order online by selecting “Use My Information to Complete This Order Only.”

Ordering Cost-Recovery Items
Although most of the resources available through SAMHSA’s NCADI are distributed free of charge, a number of VHS and DVD videos, as well as other types of valuable resources, are available for a nominal fee. The fee for a cost-recovery item is established by the cost of producing that item, along with shipping and handling charges. No profit is made on the sale and distribution of these resources.
Cost-recovery products are listed online. To order cost-recovery resources, call toll-free 1-800-729-6686 and an information specialist will assist you. Payment may be made by Visa or MasterCard. If you represent an organization and wish to pay by purchase order, you can arrange it with the information specialist.
The online shopping cart is presently being modified so you can purchase cost-recovery products through PREVLINE in the future.
